Terms and Conditions

These Terms work together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using Prodify, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter this agreement where you live. If you use Prodify for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login, and activity under your account. You may not share access to avoid usage limits or allow unauthorized users to access the service.
3. AI Output Is Draft Material, Not Advice
Prodify uses artificial intelligence and web-grounded generation to create drafts, plans, and documents. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or similar to material created for others. Prodify does not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, educational, medical, compliance, or professional advice.
4. Your Review and Publishing Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, and determining whether any generated output may be published, sold, distributed, or relied upon. You must independently verify time-sensitive facts such as laws, exam rules, platform policies, fees, supplier terms, product specifications, and official requirements before use.
5. No Results or Earnings Guarantee
Prodify does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, business success, audience growth, admissions, test scores, regulatory compliance, or any specific result. Examples, suggestions, product plans, and generated marketing language are starting points only and do not promise an outcome.
6. Your Inputs, Products, and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for the ideas, instructions, brands, files, and other materials you submit. You grant Prodify a limited permission to process them only as needed to operate the service and deliver requested outputs. You represent that you have the rights needed for anything you submit or sell, and that your finished products do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Prodify to create, promote, or sell illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, abusive, or harmful material; make unsupported testimonials, earnings claims, or guarantees; impersonate others; distribute malware; bypass service limits; or access another user's account or information.
8. Third-Party Services and Sources
Prodify may rely on third-party services such as AI providers, web sources, storage, authentication, and payment processing. Third-party services and sources can change, fail, or contain inaccuracies. Prodify is not responsible for third-party services, sites, content, policies, outages, or decisions.
9. Paid Subscriptions and Cancellation
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise. Your selected price and billing frequency are shown before payment. A paid subscription renews automatically and charges the provided payment method until canceled. You may manage or cancel an active subscription online through the billing-management page before the next renewal. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments already charged are non-refundable.
10. Service Changes and Stored Files
Prodify may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, generation limits, prices, or availability. You are responsible for downloading or preserving generated files and business-critical material you want to keep.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Prodify is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, security, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Prodify operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or losses resulting from generated output, user-published products, third-party services, or business decisions. The total liability for any claim relating to Prodify will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Prodify operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your inputs, generated content you publish or sell, your products or marketing, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of another person's rights.
14. Suspension, Termination, and Updated Terms
Prodify may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, security risks, chargeback abuse, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms. If the Terms materially change, you may be required to accept a new version before using product-generation features again. Access needed to manage an existing paid subscription remains available.
15. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms apply subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Before a public paid launch, the Prodify operator should have these Terms reviewed for the business entity and jurisdiction used to operate the service. Business contact: axorite1@gmail.com.
