Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect
Prodify may collect account information such as email address and name, product ideas and prompts you submit, generated blueprints and assets, usage and billing status, device and log information, and support messages you send.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, authenticate users, generate requested AI outputs, enforce usage limits, process payments, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI and Third-Party Services
Prompts, blueprint details, and asset instructions may be sent to AI and web-grounding providers to create requested outputs. Payments are handled by Stripe. Authentication, database, and file storage may be handled by Supabase. Third-party services process data under their own terms and policies.
4. Generated Files and Storage
Generated PDFs are stored in private storage and served through temporary signed links. Users should still download and preserve business-critical files because the service may change, suspend, or delete stored content according to product limits or operational needs.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to run Prodify, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer.
6. Your Choices
You may update account details where the app allows, cancel paid billing through billing management, and contact support to request reasonable access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
