Refund Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Paid Prodify plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. You can cancel before the next renewal through billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed.

2. Refund Standard

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments already charged are non-refundable. This is because the service provides immediate access to AI generation, storage, and digital outputs.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged by mistake, charged after cancellation, or charged the wrong amount, contact support promptly with the account email and charge details. Valid billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

4. No Outcome Guarantee

Refunds are not provided because a generated product did not sell, produce revenue, meet a test score, satisfy a marketplace, or achieve a business result. AI outputs are drafts that require user review, editing, and verification before use.
